AAkron Line Acquires The Allen Company

AAkron Rule Corp. is honored to announce the acquisition of The Allen Company. Founded in 1959, The Allen Company is a 3rd generation family business that has won nearly every industry award during that time, 50 in total. The AAkron Family welcomes the AllenColorcraft family along with their vast range of USA Made Products and 2nd to none Brand Relationships. This reinforces AAkron’s commitment to SERVICE, QUALITY, & INNOVATION.

AllenColorcraft will stop accepting orders on Tuesday, March 29th and will ship all open orders the following week. AAkron will begin accepting orders for AllenColorcraft products on Monday, April 4th while resuming shipping from AAkron’s facilities the week of April 11th.

Stan Dohan will remain with AAkron Line as VP of Strategic Brands. Additional leadership from The Allen Company will also be joining the AAkron Family. ​
